Ill green tiger barb?

Hey guys,

One of my tiger barbs as developed a something white on his side and back fins, it doesn't look like white spot, it looks more like a line :/ please help ps the tank isn't as crowded as it looks the fish are nosy haha

Looks like he got scratched or chomped on. His tail don't look too good either. What other cichlids are in the tank besides the blood parrot?

thought it looked scar like, there's some normal barbs, pair of rams, pair of angels and a common pleco
