Insects feedable to Leopard Ctenopoma and African Butterfly Fish?

The weather is finally starting to warm up here in Canada, and therefore the insects are unfortunately appearing now. I was wondering which kinds of insects I could feed to my Leopard Ctenopoma and African Butterfly Fish because I see insects everywhere and hunting for food for my friends seems appealing. So what kinds of insects can I feed them? Spiders, grasshoppers, houseflies, earthworms that come out after rainfall, things like that. Thank you for any feedback! Here's some pics of them

Absolutely! He's my favorite fish in the tank, and the way he casually glides around the tank and how chill he is is grand. You wouldn't regret it!

And to the op, I would say crickets, small boughs that you can identify as safe, and worms would be ok
