Generally the female will have a more rounded anal fin. Your's may be a little young to tell. If you really want to increase your chances, get two more.

Any Advice About These Texas Would be Great

got to more bigger texas cichlids today
The newer ones are slightly bigger but a lot darker
so any help and advice anyone can give would be great. The ones I got yesterday are more of a torquoise colour is this relevent?
The cichlids I bought today are on the left.
