I noticed my ram was gasping for air two days ago and she is not eating awell and just sitting at the bottom of the tank and just noticed these

it looks like a scratch that he might have gotten while itching himself on the rocks.
does not look typical for ich don't see any white dots or bumps.
look at gill worms.
