Jewel Cichlids

i recently bought 3 jewel cichlids and they dont seem agressive to eachother but dominated a rainbow in the tank, there is also a clown pleco and a brisltenose pleco int he tank, will the jewels bother the plecos at all? should i be concerned and remove the plecos? They havent shown any interest int he plecos so far

i will post pics soon, as one of them is brilliantly coloured, hopefully i can catch that on camera

how big is the tank?

the take is 45 gallon
please answer if the plecos can stay or not, the placos are about the size of my thumb, the cichlids are 4 or so inches

hmmm.... jewels can be very agressive.. I say dont take any immediate action, but if you see them getting picked on, then remove them.

i havent seen them show any interest in the plecos AT ALL, but they did hammer 2 guppys i had int he tank, ate them whole

Yeah, plecos are pretty "rock like" so alot of cichlids dont show alot of interest in them

The probably won't bother the plecs for the time being-- but if they start spawning, look out.
