I believe there is a fish club in KC, they should have auctions and stuff so you could get some new fish there I think there is also a fish club in Wichita. Nothing where I am, I'm waaaay out west
ETA: I know there is also a seasonal swapmeet in KC.

How far west? Look up cichlids of Colorado Denver has a badass shop
