Heey there, I have a 37g tall tank with (currently) one Leopard Ctenopoma I just bought, and ~15 guppies of varying size. There were about 25 but he ate all the babies within a couple days. I realize all the guppies will eventually succumb to being consumed. This being said I'm looking for some other small cichlids that would be good tank mates for it. They also have to be able to tolerate a higher pH because my tap water pH is 7.6 and I don't wanna start messing around with it. I was thinking about some Bolivian Rams, but the availability of Rams around me seems to be limited to gold or German Blue, which I feel would not do well with my high pH. Any input is greatly appreciated, thank you!

I would look into catfish, plecos , silver dollars things of that nature. They should be stocked with fish of the same size, you really need a bigger tank as well.
