listing Pearl eartheater - help

I just got a Pearl Eartheater, aBlue Acara and a fire eel yesterday. They were shipped to me. They did fine initially but starting yest. Afternoon the eartheater has been hanging out at the top of the tank, listing to one side. I poked her and she swam normally for about 15 secs then returned to the top of the tank. She's been there all night. This am she was riding in the airstone bubbles. Any suggestions? Water Chem is fine, and I did a 1/3rd water change the day before she arrived. She may have gotten beat up a bit by my small convict male whose on about 50 two week old fry. They are in a well planted 75 gallon with 2 juvie green terrors, a juvie JD, a juvie blue Acara, a baby fire eel , a bala shark , a small pictus catfish and the 3" male convict and the .kids. Does anyone have a suggestion for saving this girl?
