Got my 56 gal tank, decided on African Cichlids. I wanted something pretty and colorful (kinda with a saltwater look, I have sand in the tank, waiting for it to settle then start cycling) anyway what kind? How many? What else can I put in it if anything? Help is appreciated, I have plenty of time for planning. Thanks!

Man it would be so cool to live around these different places that have Cichlids in the lakes. Our lakes/rivers are mostly catfish, carp, crappie, gar, minnows, bluegill, bass, etc. nothing super colorful.
