Mean Jack Dempsy

I have 1 male JD and 2 female JD's.... The male keeps terrorizing the females. Is that normal? What should i do??

Separate them. Is he paired with one of the two? Are you sure they are females?

How big is the tank? Lowering temperature can also reduce aggression.

If the male does pair with a female, the other female will be killed. Do you have alot of hiding spots? Google jack Dempsey breeding.

What method did you use to sex them?

You could use some eggcrate to divide the tank up if you need to. How badly are the others being terrorized? It's not unusual to see a male bully, but as long as he's not actually doing damage it usually blows over.

Maybe electric blue jack Dempsey because they stay a tad smaller...
