My discus still hiding

Hey guys its been a week now and my discus are still hiding. I'm reallysad cause I would like to see their vibrant colour more. When I switch off the light and feed they come out an eat but when I switch on again they quickly scurry either hiding in driftwood or behind filter . If anyone has experienced this before and would like to share any advice to help my beautiful discus be less nervous please speak up thanks . 

Are they the only fish in the tank? how big of a tank is it?

I know with my rams, they settled down after I purchased another type of fish. It kind of made them bolder, or more confident. Just make sure the water is good and clean. They are sensitive!

It will take a little while for your discus to get used to their new enviroment. You could try and doing hand feeding sessions to gain their trust

I have 5 mollies in the tank and it is a 208l nano tank

it took about a month for my discus to become more outgoing. Try hand feeding and watching the tank without any disturbances several times a day
