I don't know if I am putting this in the terms , but my parrot is not floating normally, he will hangs out on the side of the tank at a angle . When I go to check on him he swims away normally .
My Parrot is swiming at an angle.

That may be normal, it might be a problem. Is he swimming head up, tail up or angled left to right (on his side). I have seen that behavior from my parrots from time to time and it didnt seem to be an issue, because they would do it only occasionally and appeared to be controlling it. It could also be indicative of a swim bladder issue. In which case the fish cant control their buoyancy properly and have to fight through it to swim.

My parrot does do that at times too, usally when I do a water change.

As for his angle I had to wait until he did it some more . He is like
\ with his head being on the bottom. And he goes like right up to the water line. I watched a little bet and Jack Dempsy seem to be messing with him. But nothing to bad that I would think about breaking them up.
