I believe it is Albino.

Most likely albino zebra, 36 gallon tank is too small for them. Africans and CA species aren't generally a good mix either, regardless of tank size.

Water requirements are similar, so is temperament. If it's well planned and species are chosen specifically, mixing the two are ok. In a larger tank one can create a scape that would accommodate.

First one looks like an albino socolofi, aka Snow White. Second pic is too blurry.
