Need help identifying new cichlid

Hey everyone. I'm new here. I just helped a friend that was moving by taking his fish tank set-up complete with some cichlids into my home. But for the life of me I can't figure out what kind of cichlid I have in the tank. Picture below.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
