Hey guys. I'm thinking of starting to do some breeding. I had a few questions before I started this. I have no idea what kind all my fish are. I bought them all from the same place and the owner of the store told me what to put in the tank. I have a 75 gallon. One fish looks like a electric yellow... Is an electric yellow a yellow lab? The fish that's got the eggs or fry is orange looks the same and possibly mated with the yellow fish and shes about 2.5 inches. Fish store told me to overstock to prevent aggression. However this does not seem like a good idea. Anyways what fish should I buy that will get along with all my fish.

I believe I have a lot of males because they all dig just about. I think there are 2 females. And I am wondering if buying a few females would be okay or not a good idea at this point. Sorry I can describe and put up pics but I don't know what the fish are exactly.

An electric yellow and yellow lab are the same thing. Your orange one is more than likily a red zebra. Interbreeding is frowned upon and should be limited for your own needs. The only way around it is to sell or return your females back to the store.
