NLS community pellet for cichlids

Right i have a tub of new life spectrum 1mm freshwater community pellets (not the cichlid formula). I bought them for some other fish but they were boardering being slightly too big. I dont want them to go bad and get wasted so can i feed them once a week to my cichlids. I cant see a problem but wanted to make sure.

Most NLS formulas with the exception of Thera are all basically the same, use that for any fish without worry.

It will be good, like Hukit said all the formulas are very similar
