I just bought two Electric Blue Balloon Rams today and I noticed the white spots on her dorsal fin. Looks like ich and if so, how should I go about treating her? I'm worried that raising my temperature even gradually would stress out all my fish, being that they're all rams, and very sensitive fish. I don't have a hospital tank so my only options are to treat the entire tank or take her back for a new one. I'm still a novice hobbyist and this will be my first time dealing with ich thus far. Here's a photo of her.

:( I'm sorry your poor pretty has ich. There are treatments that don't require the heat turned up. The big box pet stores usually carry Rid Ich or Jungle's Ich clear. Any reputable treatment will work. Personally, I err on the safe side and extend treatment a couple of days after everyone goes back to looking fantastic. I hope it clears up for you painlessly!

Rams love heat and ich not so much....
I am a rid ich fan all the way but for rams just crank up heat to 86f.
Some of my rams breed at that temp(or very close 84).
