Nah blue hap has black and yellow anal fin those look quite red though thy do look a lot alike this is my girlfriends ahli

Hes a very pretty fish tho sometimes he will look dark blue and other times he looks like he has several dif colors

Depending if thts a red or yellow shoulder it's a red shoulder or a bicolor 500 if it's yellow I'd say
