Possible ich?

My one discus fish has 3 white head looking spots on his gills and one on the other side. All other fish look fine and all fish acting normal eating swimming no rubbing against stuff. Nothing has been added to the tank in over a yearView attachment 1

How many discus? Tank size? Other inhabitants?

2 discus about 5-6 years old a pleco that stays small I forget exactly what kind. Pleco is about 3 years old. And a 60 gallon
