Looks like it could be suffering from bloat.

I'm going bloat. Usually caused by having to much protein in their diet and can kill your fish

I'm not sure what kind of fish that is but it appears to be a yellow lab if I'm not mistaken. From the looks of it that fish is either gorged on food or has a case of bloat. My knowledge of Africans is rather limited but I think if it were that fat with eggs it would have laid them by now.

Yes....tell us what your feeding and how often. Are there any other fish in the tank tha look like this?

I feed them flake 1 time a day and rotate the chilid ball things in the mix... I really focus in not overfeeding

Not sure then. What kind of pellets are you using? Too much protein could be the cause if its bloat. If not then maybe a little fishy treadmill.
