Hey all could you please look at my Ram and make any recommendations on my pool little one.
I think it's a she... But not 100%. I know she has been a bit beat up by the others.

It's a balloon ram, snail could have farted in its general direction?? Tank size? Age? Everything about the tank??

As an FYI, tank:
PH 7.0
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 5
Water is hard
Tank: 45 Gallon Planted
Light: Current USA Freshwater LED+
Filtration: AC70 and Whisper EX20 Filters running floss and Biomax
Community tank (Rams were flaring and charging each other a lot)
Tank is heavily planted (approximately 20-25% surface of gravel hidden by plants).

If you are lucky the other two killed the third.
Otherwise like mentioned Balloon rams are pretty fragile...
Most fish will easily adapt to whatever most have for source water, but IMO not rams...
They are pretty sensitive in themselves and definitely prefer 'soft' water.

Since the body is intentionally so misshaped I can only go by color...
No blue in the black spot and not red belly says male to me...
In the first video the fish has a clouded eye..A sign of some issue be it water quality/parameters or possibly bacterial.
