The first pic looks like my empresses while they were coloring up, the females dont look at all like that picture though.

it is not a big deal, but would be nice to knwo what they are.. I do know I am pretty sure the second is a female

It's defintiely not a female empress. They are silver colored and very drab. That second one looks like it is starting to color up a bit which usually means a male.

I'm certain our resident cichlid experts will chime in soon

In the last shot on the right might be a female empress. The fish to its left kinda looks like a sunshine benga to me. can't help on the others but they sure are pretty.

Looks like a maturing Aulonocara Baenschi or commonly a Benga peacock.

Where did you get them from? I sell my peacocks on Craigslist, it could be one of mine.

A guy I work with gave them to me, these were some of one of the Fry his Cichlids had.

I assume i was correct that this one is a female then too right?

maybe about 2.5 inches (not including tail)

I would have to measure again. That pic was taken a while ago though.

They look like Peacocks to me. The first is a male, but it looks like it is still colouring up. The second is definitely a female.

The two pictures after the albino are show a male fish. The white stripe in the fin gives this away. It is just subdominant and will not display male colouration.
