I have a young Bucco Noto that doesnt appear to be feeling well. Here is a link to a short video of him:

He has stopped eating and is not as active as normal. He did have some white, somewhat stringy poop, and keeps opening and closing his mouth as you can see in the video.
I have isolated him in a separate 10 gal hospital tank and am treating with Epsom Salts. Water parameters check out fine and all of the other 15 or so cichlids are behaving normal.
Any other suggestions on either what to look for or treatment suggestions?
