I feed my mbunas NLS cichlid formula (32% protein) and a low-protein/high-spirulina pellet made by my LFS
. My mbuas aren't very excited about the low-protein pellet, so I was thinking about getting some Spirulina 20 Fish Food Flakes
to feed my cichlids. I noticed though that the minimum protein content is 45% and the first ingredient is salmon meal, not spirulina. How safe is this for mbunas? Any bloat problems with its usage?
