You would need to add rock work for the fish to establish territories so that would displace water to start with. You could add some small synodontis catfish.

12-15 species stocked 3 females to 1 male and choosing 3 species from different genus works well(as long as your choices are made wisely).

I'd add three or four mbuna.

It depends on the species added. I don't know much about mbuna so I wasn't sure.
