swimming up and down glass

Hi again, I'm losing sleep over these guys, got one with fin rot, he's close to the top now, his butt end floating up a bit.. I did a 55 or 60 % wc today and my dolphins, venustus are swimming up and down side of tank.. Did I change too much? they've stopped now, but were doing it for quite a while, dolphins first, venustus joined in.. My sick guy has since gone back down to the bottom.. I raised the heat, added salt for what I changed. ammonia 0, nitrite .25, not zero, but better than a few days ago. I have not tested nitrate was 0 few days ago, been changing water almost every day. Thanks for any input
