Flake food is fine for guppies but not for larger fish as a staple, get them on a quality diet of pellets in the appropriate size and you'll find better growth, less mess, and much better coloration than flakes. There are some good and some not so good so stick to New Life Spectrum, Omega One, or Hikari for best results in that order.
