Hi. I have a 65 gal cichlid tank. Ive had the tank now for a couple of months and I feel like I need to do a 50% water change. The tank is getting cloudy like when I first put my sand in. (Unwashed sand, what a mess). When I do I was planning on using my well water. However it will be cold. Will my guys be ok? My current tank temp is running between 77° - 79°. Anyone have any ideas?

depending on what is stocked in the tank, 10-20 gallons might not be enought to remove the proper amount of nitrates. i would suggest getting a python or aqueon water changer to be able to changer more water without using buckets.
