Just because it light in color doesn't mean it's albino.

Albino: a person, animal, fish ect with pale skin, light hair/fur, pinkish eyes, and visual abnormalities resulting from a hereditary inability to produce the pigment melanin.

Leucistic: a mammal, bird, fish, ect having whitish fur, plumage, scales or skin due to a lack of pigment.
