What is this on my fishes lip!!!

They’re is a white thing hanging off my fishes lip it may be the bottom lip swollen and falling off but not sure

Could he have been locking lips with someone in tank?

Ok good another fish has it too. Thought it was a parasite eating away at them and could spread. Thanks!

Are those two fish fighting ?
If you don't see aggression it may be something?

One is a female acei and that one but she is really territorial because she’s had a couple of sets of fry
