Hello, i have this cichlid but ive really never found out what kind it is. Can anybody tell me ??

From my limited experience with Mbunas, I would say it is some colour morph oz a Pseudotropheus sp. A Zebra perhaps?

What do others think?

definately looks like a Metriaclima Estherae (red zebra)

Mattrox is correct that it is a Lake Malawi Mbuna. After searching, it is a Maylandia estherae. Here's the link:

hey so can anybody tell me the difference between a male and a female ???

Mature males will tend to be larger with a steeper forehead and more egg spots. Some differences in colouration may also be apparant. Females tend to be a deeper orange and males more pale with subtle hints of blue in the fins when mature. Venting may prove beneficial with this species. - Pulled from the link.
