What's the best food I can give to my Blue Rams?

Got 2 of them and probably will get 4 more rams. I have about 24 tetras too.

So far I have flakes.
What else should I get (I could only get 2 types): frozen bloodworms, dried ones? Sinking pellets, etc?

If I got frozen bloodworms, how do I feed them?

I feed mine a variety of stuff. NLS thera+a pellets are good, 1mm size seems best for rams. I also feed my growing ones a blend of protein heavy flake foods along with a vitamin enriched flake.

Frozen bloodworms seem to help encourage breeding, just thaw them in a cup of water first.

I feed NLS community pellets and Ken's flakes. They gobble them up and their color and activity is very good.
