Which canister filter should I use with cichlids (or any fish)?

I am considering the aquatop uv 400 (cf400uv)... I have a 50 gallon and understand that this is a highflow for such a tank but I've used it before.. This one runs at 130 bucks and does NOT include media.

I am wondering if anything for a comparable price could work better?

I know eheims are sold with media so I am thinking that saves 40 bucks initially!

Go with a sunsun for 80 bucks with media on ebay

I'd say they are but I have a sunsun off of ebay got it for 80 bucks w/uv sterilizer and media

Do you have the exact code? What size tank is it for (not your tank); but the specs?

Rena filstar xp-l is great. And you can get for 120
