Which is more peaceful

Which one of these cichlids is more peaceful the severum or blood red parrot

I have severums and love them. My 6 in. female sev is very peaceful. The smaller ones nip her every once in a while, but she doesn't chase/nip at all

I have a red head severum and is very peaceful, can't say much about a parrot because I never owned one.

If you need to chose between the two I would go with any fish other than the parrot. If you want a peaceful cichlid, the keyhole cichlid would work. How big is your tank?
