Ok, I thought some one would have got it right away. Guess that nuchal disaster was throwin everybody off.
It's a run of the mill (albeit ugly) male Hypselecara temporalis. This one was photographed at the mystic aquarium in Connecticut. Yes, right by mystic pizza.
