im getting 3-5 4inch red devil and i have a 7 inch oscar 10 inch jaguar some africans and a green terror would my fish kill the red devils.

It is not advised to mix Africans and new world. Your South Americans will probably kill your Africans and Red Devils live up to their name

Don't think they will. But as soon as the Red Devil is big enough it will take out your Africans and maybe the Oscar too.
