Not difficult to breed, but do not have a pair by themselves. Once you see the female's chin pouched, you can move her to a tank by herself (or with other holding females). When she spits the babies out, she can be put back into the main tank. Keep in mind that fry are sensitive to changes in the water. You can prepare a rearing tank using changed water from the main tank. Use a sponge filter instead of a power filter. Fry often become sucked up into power filters. An air pump driven sponge filter eliminates that risk. Feed the fry a good veggie flake mixed in with a good african cichlid flake. The fry like to graze on algae. You can place algae grown rocks from the main tank into the fry tank. You'll only need to suppliment with feeding a couple times a week instead of every day.

We, as a people, know so much more about outer space than we do about our own oceans. This lack of knowledge can very well spell the dangers that lay in wait for us.
The oceans surely would swallow us before a rock comes down to smite the planet of it's life.
