10 gal nano recommendations

I have a 10 gallon standard aquarium that I am waging to setup as a sexy shrimp/maxi-mini carpet neme tank.
I already have an aqua clear 55 filter, rock, sand and heater, but I'm looking for a recommendation on lighting?
I have aren't the small 18" sky light LED strips, but am wondering at their effectiveness for a neme?
Ideas? Of any sort, not just lighting, would be most welcome!

On my 10 gallon tank i have a finnex fugeray, pretty inexpensive and great for plants. If you have a little more money i would get the finnex ray 2 if dont have enough money a couple CFLs would work just as good, they wouldnt look great but they do the job. I would also set up a DIY co2 and get some liquid ferts.

Also, anyone have any more information about the flower anemones?

They look perfect for pico and nano tanks, but not sure of their husbandry, or tolerance of symbiotic species like sexy shrimp, or anemone crabs...
