That's why I put it in quotes. With such low wattage, it just seems strange.
Honestly, I've been able to keep LPS under 20watt 50/50 bulbs, in a 10g tank. They thrive too!

Well, it's an SPS coral, so I'm even more surprised that it's alive under your lighting and cycling conditions.

On for about 10 hours a day.
I'd also consider looking at more test kits. Ex: Calcium, Phosphates, Alkalinity. Just so you can diagnose problems easier.
