Thursday the tank is coming home! Hopefully. Lol. Not really sure how much I have.  going to get the tank and water sand and rock and maybe a powerhead.

Can I take liverocks from 10 into 30 and new dry rock? Can I have no light or should I wait?

As for the live rock yes, I done the same thing. I took the rock from my 10g and added it to the new one to seed the new dry rock. Just make sure your live rock doesn't get exposed to air when transferring...could kill the BB. A few seconds is fine just get it in a quick as possible.
As far as light, imho, I would wait til lyou have a light for it. Especially now since you have some SPS in the tank.

Working great. Had twice the amount in it today and emptied it for the first time. got more already starting lol.

The plan was to leave coral and fish and 1 live rock in the 10 until the 30 was ready.

Just an air pump. The one I have has two outlets on it so I am able to attach two airlines to it. One for each connection on the skimmer.
