Weekly water changes should be fine. Or as parameters call for.

I agree. I wouldn't run any ammonia removers either. Just need the cycle to take hold and the ammonia will stay at 0. Want to keep those nitrates as low as possible obviously.

Tested the nitrates again and the partial water change took it down to 10ppm.
