Has anyone ever used this or does anyone use this?..my LFS recommended this to me when I first purchased my tank but I've never used it..is it required or more of as as needed stabilizer? I just purchased my first Zoanthid and I know they're pretty hardy and I good starter but I just wanna make sure I'm doing this correctly. Thanks! ?

Definitely no need to use it if you're just getting into corals. A basic rule is dont add anything to your tank you don't test for. Your salt mix will contain everything your corals need and water changes will replenish whatever gets used up. Dosing is unneccesary unless you have tons of stony coral colonies.
