Hello everyone ! I think i may have a bad batch of Red Sea Coral pro Salt mix . Every time i do a water change im getting a weird type of bacteria bloom is this Slimy clear strings growing on rocks and sump it looks like snot and also clogs the filter pads .l read on other forums that you can get this type of bloom when cleaning chemicals or air fresheners are used in the room where the aquarium is located it , but i dont use air fresheners at home . so what do you guys think ? could be a contaminated salt mix what is causing this rare type of bacteria bloom ? Does this happened to anybody before ?
