Ballast

I have a 28 gallon HQ and I think the ballast went bad during a power outage a couple weeks ago. Once I hooked it up to a generator, I heard sparking. The blue night lights still work but I put a new bulb in and nothing. One of the two fans are working as well. Any advice?

You should be able to buy a new ballast. Replacement Nano Cube Ballast | JbjNanoCubes.com is one that came up in a quick google search. Not cheap though.
