How long has it been like that? Maybe the clown pissed it off?

They do it when they do water changes although you should check your salinity, calcium, ph etc. cause they do that when they are about to die too

It's stressed, is this the bleached one? The clowns could be stressing it out, what are your params?

All normal params are good. I don't have anything for calc or alk but the two sps in my tank are bloomed like normal. I think you're right about the clowns and yea this is the bleached one. Should I try and feed it?

I mean the coral itself does a water change nems are made of 90 percent water or something like that and they do a water change sometimes causing them to shrink up for a while

No don't feed it, just let it be. You'll want to keep an eye on it and possibly be ready to shoo the clowns away if they start stressing it again.
