Clown fish in a 5 gal reef?

Hi guys, would a clown fish work in a 5 gallon reef? I know its not ideal, but would it do ok?

Thanks.

I kept two small false percs in a 5 gallon in my office for a long time before I moved and gave them away. Clowns don't need a lot of swimming space, so especially if you get them as small fish, you would be fine. Don't get a maroon or cinamon, something that gets big. But if your talking about "nemo", a false perc or two would be fine in a 5 gallon.

Just keep in mind what comes with a 5 gallon SW, just as much work as a 125 gallon! HAHA!

Clowns shouldn't be kept in a 5g, period.
Most that suggest keeping them in smaller tanks, either have smaller clowns, or have never seen a full grown one in person.

I have a pair of false-perculas, one reaching 5 years, the other reaching 8-9.
Both live in a 55g, and are pretty active.
If you placed either in a 5 gallon, they would sit in the corner, and wouldn't move.

I would suggest a 30 gallon, or at least a 20g long as a minimum.
