I'm trying to cycle a 6 gallon saltwater tank. Its been going on for about 4 weeks, and the ammonia level hasnt gone down  . I plan to only put in a firefish doby and maybe a baby clown. Heres some pictures, let me know what you guys think!

I think you need ALOT more live rock...
And i found that a damsel kicked my cycle off...
Do some water changes, maybe 5 gallons a week...

Cool. I have been running freshwater tanks for almost two years now. But like most people have always been drawn towards the saltier side of life!
I have a lot of misconceptions regarding salt water apparently, I thought you HAD TO HAVE a large tank. I am begining to realize that you can have a smaller tank as long as you have realistic ideas of what fish/animals can fit.
Since I have a eclipse 6, love cleaner shrimp and gobies. What do I need to change a freshwater 6 gal to a SW 6 gal with cleaner shrimp and a gobie. What gobies are the best size for this tank?
Need a laundry list of what to get! :p
Maybe if I learn the SW side, hubby will let me get the BIG tank I really want! teehee
