Euphillia closed up

For some reason my hammer, torch, and frogspawn are closed up. Tested water and all levels are good? Anyone know what's going on?

I don't know what good means, so some numbers would help. Even parameters in the normal range can cause this if it happens quickly.
Have there been any changes in lighting, flow, so on?

No changes at all! But I noticed my peppermint shrimp picking at my torch. The little bugger. But as far as the others there still closed

actually, it would be good to note that i had a duncan that closed up pretty tight for a day, when it was digesting food.

Doing a water change. Nitrates are around 10 ppm
