I would find out if the 37 gallon holds water. If it does I would go with that. If you get the 28 you will probably wish you got the bigger one. You can stock a lot more in the 37 gallon. Not a difference in the types of fish, really. Mostly just the amount you can stock. One thing to consider, though is that the lights will have to be better on the 37 gallon because of how deep it is.

I like the cubes! SO I would probably go with the 28 nano. It holds less, but its nice having everything so clean and hidden and all! All in one systems are great! I dont know much about either tank so Im not a good person to ask! sorry

Evansimp - I have a question on your lighting rig...you have a T5 HO fixture, right? How far above the tank do you have it mounted, and is it overheating your water?

I started curing my BRS dry rock a few days back and want to start planning for the next round of equipment buys. If I can get a T5 that won't boil my fish away for $50, I will; otherwise, I'm gonna do the TaoTronics dimmable LED.

I used to have the t5ho, but I upgraded to LEDs! They are hanging a foot above my tank and produce no heat! go with the LEDs!

TaoTronics or ReefBreeders (they're the same, I think)?

I was just looking, and wondering what type of optics to go for, 120, 90 or 60 degree...my tank is 24 inches long...
