Yes it has cycled for a few weeks with just the lr and ls..also seeded from a big tank ...thIs Is the rearrangIng and new coral few weeks down the line with a new light

Got a few more corals...some more pix...not to bad for my first saltwater tank ever...has anyone actually tried/done the aquaclear 70 into a refugium...I'm gonna do it here soon...o yeah and I upgraded my lighting

Tank looks good. There's a thread in the DIY section about turning AC 110 into a fuge, the 70 should be the same principle. Search it and it should come up, i don't remember the name of the thread.

new ac70 refugium

So I decided to do the aqua clear 70 refugium today..have heater and filter floss and a cheato (I think that's how you spell) holding section growing pods..also got a few more corals but lights out so no pics of that yet

Is that just a clip-on light? Where did u get it?

It's the stock light for the 3g picotope...it's a 9w power compact
